I hired them almost 3 weeks in advance. I texted Veronica the day before to confirm they were coming at 10:30 and she told me, YES! The next morning, they did not show. After 30 minutes I texted her without a response, and then I tried calling, and the phone wouldn't go through. I called many times and texted and finally 3 hours later, she texted me back that they got tied up on a big house. I had to start cleaning my new house by myself, which delayed us moving in. I am/was so DISAPPOINTED. She said she would be at my house at 2:30. I told her if not, to not bother coming. I would not have still let her come if I still didn't have 3 full baths to clean and a downstairs area. One thing, is they did a great job, second thing is, I will NEVER EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!!! All she had to do was let me know they were running late, but not one word.

We needed a deep clean reset of our first floor, including the kitchen (oven and refrigerator), 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining and living rooms. We weren't able to pick up at all, but that didn't slow them down. Not only did they clean everything that I was expecting, they also washed the walls, the picture frames, the cabinet fronts, and got down the cobwebs from the 10ft ceiling. They also used furniture polish on wooden furniture that hasn't been polished ever. They moved everything, cleaned under it, and replaced it even more organized. Stray items were folded or stacked nearly for us to put away. They got rid of built on soap scum and hard water build up in the bathrooms. They even got 3 dogs worth of hair off the rugs and left the house smelling so clean and fresh. It was such a relief to see the house back in good order and their quote was very affordable. They communicated with me very responsively and arrived promptly even though it was a long drive for them. 5 stars!

I had Veronica Cleaning do a one time cleaning on 11/16/24. She would only accept cash payment, but would not provide a receipt at the time; she said she had “a lot to do” and she would send me a receipt later. I still have not received one, and she won’t even respond to me. I now don’t trust that she’s even legit.

Veronica was very thorough and fast. She wasted no time! Was very pleased with her work. Will hire her again!
