"Gail - you are 100% correct that we did not due the job well. I accepted this reality and I offered to send cleaners again at no additional charge and you agreed. Sadly, I had on of my Genies go to the ER the day prior to your re-clean and she was not able to work the following day leaving me shorthanded and having to change up the schedule for the day. We tried to get you you at the time agreed upon but were not able to. We did everything we could to rectify the problem but when we did get there you turned us away. I am VERY sorry to have let you down. We work very hard but we are not infallible. :("
"I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations, Dylan. The two Genies in question have been working for me for well over a year and have a very happy customer base. I can ASSURE you that they do know how to clean and are almost 100% spot on. I would not tolerate anything less .... particularly since one of them (my daughter) grew up with me and is a STELLAR cleaner. Perhaps they had an off day."
