"Shelly when we set clients up for cleaning services we give you a set day and rate. You would cancel last minute and then want a different day. You would call the supervisor never the office. I was never part of the conversation so its not that I forgot you weren't consistent with the schedule so I took you off our schedules. As far as firing personnel the only reason this happens if they don't do their job or show up for work. You're not part of that so you would have know knowledge of why people get fired. So you shouldn't comment on what you don't know. My job as a business owner is to make sure I have the best possible people working for me. And that is what I try to do. I am not perfect nor are the people that work for me but we try are best to give the best possible service we can. I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations. I wish you the best and a happy holidays."
"As a business owner my job is to hire personnel that will do the best job possible. When people come in late or don't show up at all I can't keep them employed. I know as a homeowner it can be very frustrating to have different people keep coming into your home. I get that. But also understand that I am only trying to get the best people I can and sometimes you are going to have turn over. "Miriam This week you cancelled twice. I sent you a respectful email saying that I don't want to put you on our schedules anymore due to the fact that you cancel last minute most of the time. Your last 4 cleanings you canceled. You never complained to me about the service and you would do a walk thru with the supervisor at the end of the service. You have had the same rate since you started. This is a business and I try to accommodate customers as much as possible but sometimes you have to move on. I wish you the best."
