One Time Interior House Cleaning
I had recent injuries. Because I was putting my house on the market I wanted it to sparkle (I had not been able to do a very good cleaning) both to help sell it and make me feel better. I hired them knowing they charged more than the local market but had heard wonderful things about the job they do. The cleaning was superior !! They didn't rush, there was no chit-chat or cell phones binging or ringing. I wish I could have given them a tip but really overspent my budget hiring them!! Hopefully, Madison and Lindsay are well-paid for their quality work. Janet L.

Cleaners are good, fairly punctual, courteous, and efficient. However, the owner, Ms. Moore is over demanding, rigid, and has an above normal employee turnover. She superficially comes across as polite and condescending, but I would not cross her.

Extremely detailed and thorough cleaning but be watchful on her pricing. We required post-construction cleaning. Our duct cleaners recommended her. It was between her and Marry Maid. Merry Maid quoted $850 and she quoted $950-1200 (based on hours). Once the work was complete, she charged me $1400.00. Unfortunately, I couldn't refute it because I wasn't at home and didn't have proof but my inclination is they inflated it because insurance was paying for most of it. I told her not to charge my card that was on file and she charged it and added a last minute 3.5% credit card fee. The last thing that irked me was her attitude during the house inspection. Every time I pointed out an area to be cleaned, she looked at me like I was crazy and she was doing me a favour. If you hire her, I recommend setting a no higher limit and ask her what cleaning is NOT included. Cleaning = 5/5 Pricing = 3/5 Communication and Professionalism = 3/5
