Laura came by and we went over the cleaning needs. I was impressed with her observations, and that she was experienced and knowing in what was required, as well as ongoing needs. We discussed her fees and made an appointment for her to come to clean. She never arrived. I have sent two e-mails and left two phone messages but have heard nothing further. I do not feel that this is reasonable nor satisfactory behavior.
