Called the owner and told her what I needed. She said everything could be done that I asked for. The cleaner was late. I started going over the rooms to be done. We came to the trophy room. And she said that she won?t clean dead animals on the wall. I told the owner that I wanted this done and she said no problem. The cleaner asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning gloves and a mop. Really! She said she was new doing this. She did bring a stick vacuum and used it for the basement stairs. I walked by and it smelled like wet dog. She said that she purchased it from a lady that had dogs. She didn?t finish dusting in several rooms. I just couldn?t believe it. Then to top everything thing else She didn?t mop right She left the floor very wet in places. Causing significant damage to the floors. Over $8,000. The cleaner was insured and I did get the money. Now., that this happened around the holidays I couldn?t find any one to do the work. I was so angry!!! Comment for more info

Amazing clean and excellent customer service!

Hired Citrus Cleaning to do deep cleaning for 4 hours for a 1400 sq ft ranch. 1.5 baths. Was informed the evening prior that rather than Sabrina coming for 4 hours, 2 other woman were coming at 2 hours (was a mother and daughter). Paid $302. Was deeply upset to find the floors and bathtub not cleaned. These areas are typical and standard cleaning. Suggest staying away from this company. When I called to voice my concerns I was confronted by a woman who was more argumentative than helpful.

After some health issues caused me to lose control of the house cleaning and clutter; Citrus Clean came in and we are going room by room cleaning and organizing and it is amazing! So friendly, they completely understand how I got overwhelmed and honestly I am having fun working with them. Will continue to work with them going forward.

Hiring this company was a waste of money my time, as I was there for the majority of the job. This was a final cleanup before selling the house. Since NOT one room was completely cleaned, I now have to rely on family/friends to help finish the job. They say to stay local/hire local? but twice I have done this twice I have been burned. Even on my limited income I will stay local but hire large more experienced/expensive, companies. There is so much that was not done that 999 characters is not enough. Not one room was completely cleaned. Carpets not vacuumed, floors not mopped properly, dusting not complete. I have talked with owner but received no satisfaction. Although I feel I deserve a credit for all work not done, she feels I received free time because the cleaner stayed longer than 7hrs. Since the work was not completed even with ;overtime, how did I receive something free! Wish I had more space to further explain what was not done! I have pics but not sure it would help.
