One Time Interior House Cleaning
The owner talks a good game, very personable. The reality of it is that they cannot back up the work. Arrived on time, not properly prepared for the service, had issues with the owner during the walk through. Then she stated she would not be able to finish the job and needed to come back, yet expected payment in full and the end of the day. I refused to agree, finally she agreed with a fair compromise. The work was horrendous and sloppy, I had to watch everything and correct many things, asking them to redo the work. Overall, I would never use this company or this app. For work again , neither home advisor nor the owner provide the quality that I wanted.

"Hey I?m very sorry you felt this way during my visit. But you failed to mention you had dried dog feces as well as fresh feces smeared in your carpets in multiple rooms. You completely understated and downplayed the environment. I let you know if you had animals I wouldn?t be using my vacuum due to other customers having allergies and you didn?t like that at all! At one point I thought about leaving because you were being hostile. It was a very uncomfortable setting there!"
