Clean n Clean is very unreliable. Justin started the work but never finished it. I tried to reach him numerous times with no success. Voicemail full and unresponsive to text messages. He came and put a chemical in the pool and was to return in 2-3 days to clean and set up the filter and pump. The chemicals cleared up the pool but he never returned to set up the filter and pump. And the pool is back green, This is not a way to handle or do business.

They told me it would 2 to 3 hours to clean my pool took them four days and they didnâ t finish it I did. And they never returned my calls. Wouldnâ t recommend them to my worst enemy !!

Clean n Clear pools and decks is uncommunicative, does not follow up when repairs are needed, they are unreliable in that they don't show up when they say they will and don't honor their service commitment to their clients. They apparently don't stand by their work and once paid completely ignore their obligation to repair problems with the installation.

My pool looks better than it ever has since I bought the house three years ago. Justin and his crew know their business and did an exemplary job.

Came poorly equipped to winterize my pool. Borrowed tools and requested if I had a shop vac. I had to purchase a vac myself and vacuum excess water from lines. Had to clean all the debris from equipment myself. Skimmer basket, pump basket, filter, etc

Clean n Clear (Justin) tackled our neglected pool and had it squared away in just a few days. Justin is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and diligent. Clean n Clear is our Go To pool company going forward. Mike Y.
