Chuck was a true professional with extensive knowledge and experience of carpet cleaning and care. He spent the quality time stretching our carpets then cleaned them, making our 10-year-old carpets look and feel better than any other cleaning service has done before. The charge for stretching was well worth it b/c of the large amount of time he spent perfecting his work. Highly recommend him, and he is the only one I will call from now on for this type of work.
