Appointment time was 11-1Pm. Eric was running late but he called couple times to update. Job well done. Except Furniture was not removed so the area under big items was not cleaned.

The people were very nice, professional and fast. The only setback was that I have pet stains. Those did start to reappear after a few hours, so that was disappointing.

All those with whom I had telephonic (Sabrina) or personal (Eric and John) contact were professional, efficient, polite, friendly and always had a good attitude. As an old guy who does not like to use credit/debit cards, I was glad they allowed me to pay by check. Good work by good people - who could ask for anything more!
