From scheduling to technicians, this family-run business is professional to the max. What does that mean? It means clear explanations of what is planned and why. It means courtesy, punctuality, fair billing and excellent work. Careful cleanup and consideration of the client are consistent. We have used this company for a number of large projects and have been impressed each time.
They are fast and good for the money paid

I paid cash as work progressed. Then was in Hospital and nursing home. Could not see work. They demanded payment in full. 4 pages of work on the invoice, maybe half not done. They demanded and put a lien on my house. Son paid, then I see much work not finished or done at all. AGAINST STATE LAW!
Hey, Dorothy, we do not believe in responding to bad-mouth a customer but since you did not post the full story we will address it in order to preserve our reputation. Let us mention that you did not have anyone living with you at the time during the start of the work. The day you suffered an issue that would lead to your hospitalization let us not forget it was Jose the technician and the owner who found you and helped you. After you were admitted to the hospital we had no way of knowing about your return and although we were done with the work you did not leave us with any payments. When we asked you for payments you gave us two checks that actually bounced and left us wondering if we would ever get paid for the work we fully completed. Months went on and we had no way of knowing where you were staying or how to reach you. Finally, when your son came to visit, he thanked us for getting you some medical help and eventually helped us settle the debt that was owed. Again, for a Lien to be on your home, it was a substantial amount of the balance that was remaining. We hope that telling our story will make any other customers understand that we did not take action out of negativity or harshness for the sake of it, but, because your situation is so rare and unusual.
Very quick and easy process for getting my new water heater installed. Loved being able to track how close they were.
The technician was friendly and professional. He did a good job of explaining the problem with my water heater. The only complaint I have is that after the work was done the water in two bathroom faucets is not coming out of the spout smoothly.
