The individual (Doug Kammer) that responded to our location was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about our spa and the repairs needed to get it operational again. He explained what he was going to do and also gave us options that were cost effective. If I have the opportunity to refer Clear Blue Pools & Spas to any of my family and friends, I will do it without hesitation.
