They do qualify work

If I could give negative stars, I would. I hired Chase to remove my popcorn ceilings and paint the entire interior of my home. I had just purchased the home and could not move in until the project was complete. He told me the work would be completed in 5-7 days. I trusted that he was professional and allowed his crew to access my home unsupervised. Chase promised they would clean up the mess from the popcorn ceilings from each room as they went, in order for us able to access the rest of the house. Instead, he left every bit of the popcorn and dust on the floor in every room. He and his crew just walked all over it, grinding it into my floors. Including rooms that he had not even worked in yet. He also tracked it all over my porch, stairs, driveway and yard. It took my Mother and I two days of scrubbing on our hands and knees to get it off the floors, not to mention the paint he dripped all over my kitchen and bathroom. He also did not bother to cover any of my appliances, sinks or tubs. They were completely caked in popcorn and dust. He gouged huge chunks out of the sheetrock all over every ceiling, in every room. He did a shoddy job of repairing all of the places where he had torn the ceiling up and did not even bother repairing any of the places on the walls, that we had discussed. He started trying to paint the walls with all of that popcorn and dust all over my house. He did not remove my light fixtures until after he scraped the ceilings. Leaving them caked in dust and pieces of them are scattered all over the house. He also broke several of my curtain rods, leaving them covered in dust and scattered everywhere. He did not want to finish the job, so he hired a 3rd party crew to just come in and paint the house as it was. Without fixing or cleaning anything. When I told him that he needed to clean the mess up before they started painting. He informed me that they were professionals and knew what they were doing and if I did not like it. I could hire someone else to finish the job. Needless to say... I fired him. The walls are super gritty from all of the dust. The ceilings are a total disaster and I will probably never get all of the popcorn dust out of my house. I have had to hire someone to not only do the job that I hired him to do but also to repair all of the damage he caused. I am already out the $1000 deposit I gave Chase. He totally destroyed my house. It is costing me more money to repair all the damage he did. I lost my deposit for my movers. I am having to pay another monthly rent for the house I am currently living in. I am going to have to hire professional cleaners to remove all of the dust from my house and he had the nerve to send me a $4500 bill. If I could post pictures of the state he left my house in, I would. DO NOT HIRE HIM! I have never in my life dealt with anyone so incompetent!

They were very professional and courteous. They were on time for both the consultation and the work done, and I was very pleased by my experience. I would definitely recommend Clear Choice to anyone looking for home repairs.
