The 2 workers explained the steps they would be performing, then they did the work, and then took all the old windows away in a well-planned cleanup operation. I was shown how to unlatch each window and tilt-in for cleaning. These are great windows in all respects.

Had asphalt roof installed with gutters. The gutters leak constantly. We have siding, soffit, and window sill damage. Four sets of installers came to inspect. All said the same thing - need to uninstall and install properly. All said the supervisor and manager would call. No one ever called. We have been chasing them for a year. Maria has set up appointments with RJ to come see the problems. He never shows up. We also have a small section of the rear roof that needs to be fixed due to storm damage. This was also acknowledged by Clear Choice, but no one shows up to repair that either. Their lack of commitment is appalling. No communication whatsoever on their part. I can only compare their customer service, honesty, and follow-through to be on the same level as that of a used car salesmans. I challenge them to respond to this review and correct the problems in a timely manner. Winter is nearly here (it is 11/20/19) and I want to have all issues resolved. What say you, Clear Choice? Are you up to the challenge?

They were very professional and did a great job

We were totally satisfied--far beyond our expectations! The installers were clean, conscientious, polite, considerate, and extraordinarily careful with our belongings. They truly operated like a well-oiled machine. They used drop cloths and there was not a speck of debris to be found after they left. They were true craftsmen--we have an older house where things aren't always level, but they were skilled at making everything look perfect. No unexpected surprises with the bill!

Our experience was great. What we were promised, what they did, their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was not disappointed in any way. I would highly recommend this team to everyone!

The problem for my refund of $500.00 has been resolved. I am livid over this company as they pulled a bait and switch then lied to me directly. I own a gambrel style house and angle wedges are needed to do the job correctly. Well the sales person came to the home to give me a quote and I was shown a sample of what to expect. It was approx. 1 foot section with the angle wedge. I should have taken a picture, but did not think. When workers came for the install I asked how the gutters are going to be installed. Well it was a far cry from what I was told and shown from the sales person. After a while of talking with the installers I had them call the office to check on it. The person who did the estimate told the installers he never shown me anything like that. I am not a liar and do not make things up on a whim. So I cancelled the job right then and there for being lied to. After a short period of time I received a call from the office. I let the know I had been lied to and cancelled my install. I became so angry after waiting months to have this done I let them know I wanted only my deposit back and should anyone come near my property I will call the police and have them arrested. I am not a happy camper.

The response time was excellent. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. The coordinator, project manager and the roofers were professional and did a fine job.

On time and very professional.

The work was quick and complete. An excellent job.
