Clear Choice Roofing

Very happy that I selected Clear Choice Roofing, to replace my damaged shingle roof, due to the last hail storm on 9/24/2023, with the Unified Steel Stone Coated Roofing â Granite-Ridge Low Profile Shingle 26 gauge color Timberwoodâ , sold by Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions, after receiving the HOA Approval. I am very pleased, that they worked with in my budget. Jeremy and Carrie they did an excellent job working with Ken Johnson from Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions, in selecting an experienced metal roof contractor from Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions. They were very professional and I am very happy with final results. For this reason I recommend this company. I am also very pleased after contacting my home owners insurance, that I will be saving about $200.00 Dollars per year due to the metal roof.

We had problems with a dead spot on our roof for years after we had hired a disreputable roofer (Dan Bryant). Clear Choice came highly recommended on Yelp so we decided to go with them. We needed to have some basic roof maintenance done and some bigger work removing a wooden trellis that was attached to the roof. We're new homeowners and didn't know who to turn to. Clear Choice was a big favorite on Angie's List, so we contacted them and a few other companies. Clear Choice was prompt with their communication, and their estimate was very competitive and extremely thorough. Once we chose to have them complete the project it was quickly scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again if the need arose.

I could not recommend Clear Choice Roofing more. Not only were they WAY cheaper than the other two companies I received quotes from (as in half the cost!), but they were very prompt in sending someone out to give me an estimate. Once I scheduled the repair (we had two holes were the decking had rotted on the roof over our entryway), the crew showed up on time and were in and out in under 2 hours. I was dreading getting our roof fixed because I assumed it would be a costly, annoying process but Clear Choice Roofing proved me wrong on all counts. I will definitely be using them again if any other issues with our roof arise.
