Providing the ultimate in window and door protection. Our team of sales consultants will provide you with a free in home consultation. During the consultation you will be shown the current local building codes and what we need to do to replace windows in your home. Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive knowledge of hurricane impact windows and the differences between them. We believe our consultation will leave you more educated in the window and door replacement process. All of our installers are employees of the company, they are NOT sub-contracted! You can rest assured knowing that each one of our installers are factory trained and are held to high standards by us!

I ordered windows in May 2017, they were installed in September 2017. Three years later, I am waiting for a fifth window to be installed in the kitchen, due to three seal failures and one scratched window. As of July 13, 2020, I do not have the window that was supposedly ordered on March 5. Another window seal has failed in the meantime, and there has been one replacement in another room, another seal failure. I do not recommend it. The installers, however, are excellent.

This could be a lengthy response so I will narrow it down from the five pages of logged calls and responses we have made to your claims. On 2/20/19 we received our first contact from you regarding FAULTY GLASS, NOT WINDOW FAILURE. From 3/11/19 until present day we have record of being completely transparent in ALL communications from the window manufacturer. We have consistently explained all progress made in your case. This is an ongoing service issue with a window manufacturer that we no longer order product from for sale. Our firm has even replaced a window with a new manufacturer, as a one time, no cost courtesy to you. Clear Choice Windows and More has sincerely worked to resolve your issues, please remember we are at the mercy of the window manufacturer.We apologize that we have not met or exceeded your expectations, however as a team we have worked, and will continue to work diligently on your behalf."

We love our new backdoor. It looks good and it fits well. The whole experience with Clear Choice windows was excellent. The sales rep detailed the cost and installation process. And Nick and his crew did an excellent job installing the door. Even my old storm door, which they re-installed is working like a new door. Thank you to all.

Gary the technician installed our storm windows and door and to say the least he exceeded all of our expectations for, professionalism, quality and customer care! We were very pleased in 2014 when Clear Choice installed new windows in our home so we decided to try them in our most recent home purchase. As expected, they were terrific! The price was competitive, the explanation of service, the schedule of installation and the installation crew were as promised. In the event we relocate again we'll absolutely utilize Clear Choice if we choose to replace windows.

It took forever to schedule and complete the installation. The contract was signed in December and the final inspection did not occur until July. The installers were great! The customer service not so much,

Quality work. Dont know about Value as I had no comparisons for their price. Price seems a little high. But, I am not sure about that without comparative data

It is a long process so be ready to patiently move a lot in your dwelling, & return it to placement preference. Windows are simply GREAT!

After ordering the custom made doors, the wait for them to be made was the hardest part of the project. When they arrived to install the doors, they did a very secure professional job. I am very happy I chose Clear Choice Windows and More, Inc.
