When I woke up to find serious flooding in kitchen, I chose this plumbing company primarily Bc they were the least expensive and found that they were also very knowledgeable and supportive They stopped the flood and talked me off the ledge.

I was very impressed with Josh and team. They priced out, and executed a large important job (connecting to city sewer) in exactly the time frame quoted for the exact price as quoted (they were also the lowest price of all other bids). They have earned my recommendation and repeat business.

Josh was here within two hours of my calling. He not only clean the clog, he also cleaned up the mess that it made, which was not his responsibility. And he offered us suggestions so that we might not have to call him in the future but would be able to make sure this doesnt happen again. I would highly highly recommend

Josh responded promptly and scheduled a service call for the next day, then let me know he could come a day earlier, which was very welcome, as the drain was completely clogged. The price was fair in light of the work he had to do to clear the clog and the distance he had to drive to get to my house. My 18th-century house has a rather dark, dank cellar with low headroom, but he took it in stride.
