Clear Contractors

My much longer review is found on Facebook. Also, this was for a garage renovation...not a basement. That option was not listed. This is a summary of that review. Please read the FB for the full story. There were positives: the roof replacement, the porch soffit, and the garage door opener are great. They communicated well. They were also willing to adjust the scope of work as my needs changed. Unfortunately, there were several issues. I had to point out problems during installation, including garage door tracks blocking my attic access and damaged roof rafters that were missed during the inspection. My biggest concern is the garage soffit. I have messages showing it was discussed and included in the project cost, but later I was told it was not included and was charged approximately $2,310 to add it. Based on my documentation, I believe I paid for this work twice. If Clear Contractors can provide documentation showing I am mistaken, I will gladly update this review.

I work with Clear Contractors on a regular basis and both Lorenzo and Vince are great to deal with. Their communication, integrity, and level of service are top notch. Wouldn’t hesitant to recommend them as contractors for your next remodeling job!
