While the initial installation went well, when an issue arose they completely ignored me resulting in reporting them to the state.
Response from Company:
The installation was completed without any problems. I was contacted by David to check out a water stain on the ceiling. He called in February and there was snow and ice on the roof. I explained to David we would have to wait until the snow melted to inspect the roof. He was furious that I would not allow any repairs to be completed with snow on the roof. We painted the small stain and returned as soon as the snow melted to address what we later discovered as wind damaged shingles. Although they were not covered under warranty we replaced at no charge. David refused to remove or update his review. Unfortunately some people are not understanding.

Great outfit to work with. Good slate roofers are hard to find. I will call in the spring for some pm on my old roof. Thanks Clear Creek Exteriors, for a job well done.

Jesse and the gentlemen on his crew,are just great. They did all the work they promised and in a very timely matter. Ever night they made sure to clean up the work area and took care of all the garbage. Jesse checked in and made sure everything was the way we wanted it and that we were happy with the progress of the work. We will definitely being calling Jesse in the future for any of our exterior home projects. Also if anyone asks about roofing I will be giving them Jesse's number.
