Quick response time--called me within seconds of submitting the request through ServiceMagic. Rolando was professional and courteous and very flexible when I needed to change my appointment time twice. The job (leaky toilet) took less than 10 minutes to fix, and Rolando has a replacement part handy. My only compliant is that the quote I received over the phone was less than what I was ultimately charged and the difference was not explained. But I was just happy that I didn't have to have soggy towels all over my bathroom anymore.
