I was called almost immediately after I made the request through Service Magic (about 90 seconds to be more precise). I described the job in more detail, he determined it needed to be fixed sooner rather than later so he showed up the next morning and did the job. While doing the repairs he also discovered several other small things that were on the brink of breaking down so he fixed those too (saving me water damage to my cabinets I've no doubt). Everything was incredibly smooth. Thanks.
