Clear Flow, Inc was on time, listened to what repairs needed to be done. Came back to finish work same day after a plumbing part was purchased by consumer. But, may have to call plumber back to reevaluate a faucet leak which was said to be fixed temporarily due to old sink.

Working with Clear Flow was outstanding...I had an emergency, needing a new hot water and heating system mid winter. Not only did clear Flow follow through with everything they offered, they completed the job when we agreed to have it done, which was timely due to the cold temps. No surprises and no hidden costs. Not only that, but my heat and hot water are better now than when I bought my place two years ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rolando was very professional. A few minutes after I put in the service magic request he contacted me about the job. He came out and assessed the situation and came out again the following Saturday to draw up the contracts. The job started later than we'd planned due to issues with United Water, but once started the area was excavated and pipes installed in one day, the area was resemented complete with matching lines the second day, and the following Monday the street in front of my house was put back as it was. I was very satisfied with the job.

Rolando was very courteous. He listened to my needs and helped explain each item in detail that was involved and gave me some information to help me save some expenses. He was always available to answer any questions, answered e-mails in a timely fashion, installed and cleaned up afterwards. He was beyond my expectations of a plumber and will certainly use him again. I have recommended Rolando to at least 3 co-workers. Excellence all around!
