Although my problem was not solved directly. I was able to eliminate possible causes and eventually pinpoint the cause of my water leakage with his help. Rolando was on point with his prompt call and home visit. I thought the service was very good.

Shower was not working. He quickly evaluated the situation and replaced a part behide the wall. Was very happy with how he opened and closed the wall. I didn't expect to pay so much for the work but it was a major job. Cleanup was great and job was done in a flash.

Was very quick to respond to my repair request. In my opinion, he accurately assessed that a new water heater was needed and replaced the water heater in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better service! I would definitely use his services again.

Rolando was very quick to respond to my request time frame and budget. When he and Vance arrived to do the work, they were timely, efficient and even cleaned up after themselves! They also were able to do some additional work that wasn't originally contemplated with no problem. I would certainly recommend Clear Flow or call them back if I have addditional work to be done.

Rolando and his team came in on the scheduled day to remove a very large, old oil boiler and replace it with a new gas boiler. rolando arranged to have the oil tank abandoned as well, which was one less thing we had to worry about. he cose a little more than the other estimate we received, but he also has this huge job done in ONE DAY ~ the other plumber told us it would be three days AND we'd have to arrange to have the tank abandoned ourselves. Rolando and everyone on his team was polite, courteous and got the job done well. i have already recommended him for two other jobs and will definitely use him again should the need arise.
