Outstanding service. Rolando came the day after Christmas, early in the AM as promised (on a very cold day). He showed expertise and a concern for the client's (my) needs that is difficult to find, and this was his very first job for me. In fact, he solved the problem while I was waiting for my regular plumber of 20 years to call me back (he still hasn't).

I have been working with plumbers and contractors in the Jersey City area for the past 4 years. I have repeatedly come across the bottom of the barrel, ranging from con-artist to the inept. Therefore I was very thankful to find Rolando and ClearFlow. He is exceptionally professional, knowledgable, efficient, friendly and quite simply an excellent plumber. I am very pleased with my new sump pumps, washer/dryer hookups and new boiler. The man bent over backwards to do an excellent job and make us happy. I will use him again and again. Why cant all plumbers be this good?

Very prompt and efficient. They provided me with two options for correcting the problem and didn't pressure me to select one option over the other. Once I decided how to proceed they completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will use them again when other plumbing needs arise.

My experience with Clear Flow has been a pleasure. I usually don't associate spending thousands of dollars with being pleasurable but working with Clear Flow has been. They were always punctual many times early. They did quality work and were very flexible with my schedule. One situation they responded to an emergency very quickly. I have used Clear flow on 4 occasions and will continue to do so in the future. I would be glad to be a reference if need be. Rolondo is a good person..
