Sergio and Frank came out on short notice. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair a leak in our condo building that another plumber had failed to uncover. They did this with minimal damage to the walls and tiles and they were reassuring all the time. They were thorough, took care not to damage anything and cleaned up before they left. Very friendly, too. Will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Better price than the other companies, considering I was to get Weil-Mclain boiler but I got Williamson boiler instead, but they said its the same product from them. I hope this boiler function and lasts as Weil-Mclain. Thanks guys for the job, its good to have some heat back in the house after the hurricane Sandy.

Clear Flow came promptly -- within a day of the submitted request -- to assess and provide a quote. I'm a tenant, so they made it easy to connect with off-site landlord. Offered a reasonable price & when they got the green light, came within a few days, even though there was threat of rain that day. The serviceman was quick, efficient, polite and friendly. He lay cardboard down in my room to catch the dirt and mud tracking from bringing in equipment and swept up after himself when he was done. Also fixed a lock -- wonderful surprise. If I had money (broke student!), would've tried to tip nicely! Def would use again. GREAT service!

Rolando fixed the leak in our toilet and the water pipe for our vanity in less time than he originally estimated. I wish it's cheaper but I guess everyone else charge similar price anyway. I would recommend this company.
