Very prompt and did great job!

Clear Flow was a lot cheaper than the first place I called. Still, $600 for 2 hrs work + $100 in parts seems excessive. When I called them, assumed I was getting the owner / plumber. Instead, got an employee - did a good job, but who knows if the same person would come next time.

Called them last and they had the best solutionfor the money. Other companies had suggested a more costly solution that ultimately would not have fixed our problem

Was able to come out on short notice to replace a broken sump pump. Good work.

They were supposed to come the day of a blizzard. They did not. But they did make sure to take care of my problem within 3 days and were accommodating to my schedule. And the job ended up costing less than the estimate.

Rolondo was on time and was quick in completing the job. Although this was just for an inspection I would call him back for future work.

I had a furnace replaced two years ago, but the hot water system for the basement was not reinstalled as part of the repair. I had him look at this and he said that he could install the hot water part of the system that afternoon. Also, I had a broken bathtub stopper and a divertor that wasn't working properly. I'd been putting off the repair because I was told that the tiles would have to be removed and I was trying to find a matching replacement tiles. Rolando said that he could do the job without removing the tiles. He had a man come on Wednesday and completed the task as planned.

They are a joy to work with. They are on time, do good work, and honor their commitments. We highly recommend them.

We didn't have a definitive time, but he did say he will contact me in the morning to give me a time. He did and was right on schedule. Frank came right in and assessed the situation and started working right away. He explained what has to be done. They ran into an issue and had to find a part that was the right length. They were unable to, but came up with a work around that we were both satisfied with. Issues you face with an old house and modern fixtures.
