They arrived at 11am, on time with the revised schedule (They changed the arrival time from 9am to 11am the day before.) But the bath tub was 5 1/2 feet and old one is 4 1/2 feet. So they have to change the tub. And then they had an emergency situation some where else. When my bath tub job really started, it was 3pm. The worker looked experienced and were able to work around some tough sapcing challenges. He worked hard and finished the job about 7pm. Clear flow is very reponsive and the communication is good. They seem pretty efficient.

I'm not joking when I say this but before I got my confirmation email from ServiceMagic Rolando from Clearflow was calling my cell phone. It was literally seconds, I answered the phone stunned. anyway he was there that same day and fixed the problem and his prices were very reasonable.

Prompt in responding to my call. Contractor was professional and courteous. A tad bit pricy though for a house call and a quick repair work that required less than a 15 minute intervention.

Clear Flow was the first to respond immediately after I initiated my request. Rolando called me and had a person here within the hour. Frank was courteous, immediately solved the problem with the noise I was experiencing, and since I was also having problems with my toilet, corrected the problem. He installed a new fluidmaster, fill valve and new Korky for the toilet and noted that parts were guaranteed for a year on the receipt. He also cleaned up any mess afterwards. I was very happy with Clear Flow's services.

I have been dealing with this problem all day and although I had a few opinions on what needed to be done, Clear Flow actually took the time to explain what the problem was, how it happens and explained the costs to me. They were able to get the tank out without causing too much disruption and they were able to install the new one in no time. I will use them again and I will recommend them to anyone who needs anything related to plumbing.
