Scam business. Henry Velasquez stole $12k and never did any work. Do not pay upfront. Not a serious business. Henry is also not a certified plumber. He is using his minority company owners certificate, but that person, David B Hart will not do any job. David has been reprimanded by the Plumbers association for this in the past, but they keep getting away with it unfortunately

Flavio has worked at our house multiple times from changing out a broken kitchen faucet, adding baseboard heat in our family room, to plumbing out a totally new bathroom. He is very professional, knowledgable, experienced, and so nice! We give Flavio 10 stars!

Professional, fair, and responsive. They were able to give a quick estimate and complete the work promptly and completely.

Thoughtful, helpful plumber/technicians— I explained what I thought was the problem; they could have dived in and cost a lot more $$, but instead diagnosed problem, simple solution and saved me $$ and headaches.

Turned out not to be a major issue, but glad they were able to come out on such short notice and kept me informed the entire time!

So basically, my boiler went out on one of the coldest weekends this year so I quickly went on home advisor to find someone I can trust. Rolando called me right away and came to inspect. Everything went smoothly and he worked with me to get my family a reliable boiler since I have a 4 and 5 year old and the house was very cold. Frank and his guys installed the boiler and was nothing but honest and overall good people. I will definitely use these guys again but hopefully I won't have to.

Rolondo and his team are very efficient. I have used them on multiple occasions. Great price for the work they do.

Prompt, courteous, professional, clean, fair price

Rolando work was good and he was very responsive - before he got his money. After he was paid in full, no response to any of my phone calls. I left him voicemails, but still no response. I even called him from an unknown phone number to see if he would answer the call and he did; so I called 30 seconds later from my number, and no response. Once he got his money, he did not care about any problems after that. His customer service was not only bad, but nonexistent.

Rolando was extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to start replacing the boiler within 1 day of my first phone call to him. The techs had the old boilers picked up as soon as they took them out and left the work area spotless, and were very cordial and polite. 10/10 recommend Rolando and his team.

Hire Rolando to do entire commercial project including water, sewer, gas, and commercial kitchen connections. Very reliable and a pleasure to deal with. About to hire him to perform all work on new house Iâ  m building.

Rolando is very responsive and a nice, reasonable guy. His team did an impressive amount of work in one day, replacing a 150-yr old sewer main 30 feet long, 10 feet down, for our old house. His team dodged a large tree, which is still standing 2 weeks later, and patched the road well. His workers were friendly too.

I can't begin to describe how wonderful everyone in the company is. I hired them to fix a sump pump pit and add a pipe from the sump pump to an existing drain. After they finished the job and were testing the new setup, we found water was coming in my apartment. They stayed an extra 3 hours troubleshooting where the water was coming from, including breaking through walls when needed. It ended up being an outdoor faucet pipe that had cracked in the wall and was ruing things. They were there for a total of 7 1/2 hours and never complained. I offered for them to come back another day to fix the new issue, but they kept saying that they didn't want to leave me with issues. Iâ ve had plumbers in the past not want to take the time to break through a wall and find the issues, who didnâ t test things thoroughly and leave while there were still issues. These guys were a breath of fresh air.

They were very prompt and did the work as expected and discussed. No surprises.

Easy to work with, but skipped 3 appointments before they finally came. Bothered me that they wanted to be paid and then send a receipt later - I had to haggle to just get a receipt upon payment. Good work, though, and minimized collateral damage to surrounding area. Looking forward to getting a quote on some other things.

i was quoted 2 different prices. why?

The workers who came ran into a problem they did not have the correct power flush they would have to order the part which would take several days . Knowing that it was leaking they took parts off of the one they had and fixed the leak I had problem solved
