Rolando steal my money, he never came to do the job after he took the money. I do not recommend this guy

It's a scam business. They never submitted the permits. Took $12k and then strung me along for months claiming the Jersey City department, JCMUA was holding it back. I finally found out nothing was ever filed and now they don't pick up my calls. Stay away!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Stay away from this company. The owner is a scam artist. Requests 1/2 the amount quoted upfront "it's for plumbing supplies" in order to start work, wrote a check for 2k, cancelled directly with him a few short hours later, no problem, I'll forward to bookkeeping for you to be refunded. Follow up two weeks later because still no check or wire transfer. No answer. A week later, "Good morning just sent you $2000 deposit via zelle." Nothing in my account. Follow up #2, there is no money in my account. His response, "Let me check". Receive response two weeks later, "It was mailed Monday the zelle was returned". Never received the check. Follow up #3 still waiting for a reply since the beginning of August. Do Not AND I MEAN DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!!! Bad business practices, lies and steals. I now understand why your foot was in a boot.

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY, THE WORK THAT WAS DONE IS GOOD SO FAR â ¦ TIME WILL TELL. THEY QUOTED 875, THEN SAID THEY MAY HAVE TO EXCAVATE, BUT THE PERSON WORKING ON IT, SAID, **LET ME TRY SOMETHING.** HE THEN TOOK THE HAMMER LOOSENED UP A SMALL PIECE OF THE CONCRETE AND FIXED THE ISSUE. THEN WE WERE TOLD IT IS 1975 BECAUSE OF EXCAVATION BUT THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. IN ADDITION, THEY NOW DEMANDED A CHECK, WHILE PREVIOUSLY SAID WE COULD PAY ONLINE.

ClearFlow was quick to help us when our sewer backed up and flooded our basement. They were quick to resolve the problem. Very satisfied with the job they completed.

If you want to worry if your heat will work and if the project will get started before winter you hire this guy! He took my deposit cashed it and went on a vacation. Summer came and he was supposed to start but he was on a vacation. Please do yourself favor and stay away.

Summer 2015: My underground water line burst and was dripping water into my neighbor's basement. The local water company (SUEZ) threatened to turn off water to my 2 family home unless I got the line fixed asap. I found ClearFlow on HomeAdvisors.com. I emailed them late evening and Mr Rolando replied immediately(via cell and text) He came over the next day to inspect and evaluate. Mr. Rolando (project manager) outlined everything that had to be done and what He was going to do: obtaining city certificates, hired policeman, step up street signs to close street. sub-contracted sidewalk concrete guys, street paving guys, excavation guys, plumbing guys. We agreed on a date and I did not have to do anything else but be home. All the trucks arrived EXACTLY at 8AM. They started work non-stop except for lunch and finished everything the same day and cleaned up all debris in front of my house by 4PM The SUEZ water company showed up to turn my water off a few days later thinking the work had not started, Mr. Rolando and I happened to be in front of my house when he showed up to prove it to him it was already completed. I contacted ClearFlow a few weeks later to replace all the turn-wheel water valves in my house with lever types so I can turn off only what I wanted versus turning off water to the whole house. Again, Mr R kept me informed even though he was on vacation by e-mail and text , I was given a quote, we agreed on a price and they came and replaced (welding and solder work) in about 2 hours in the evening. Clear-Flow tested everything before they left in both jobs. They are expensive but you get what you pay for and the work is professionally done. You don't have to do anything but agree on a price , get out of the way and let them do their job. Worry-Free.

The technicians Manny and Serg were great. The only thing I can say is they could have left the job a bit cleaner- they needed to leave quickly, so perhaps that was it. Also- i had asked for a clean-out of the burners but that did not happen- i ended up doing this myself.

A water heater needed to be replaced. I dealt with Ronaldo who is a fantastic manager. Ronaldo quickly responded to my emails and calls. I am quite impressed with the way he handled his business. He was prompt and his team were efficient and very informative. Not to mention they came to the job way early than they were supposed to which was a major plus! He wasted no time which made the whole experience seamless! I, too work in customer service and I truly appreciate dealing with a business who cares about their customers. I highly recommend them!!

Co. took responsibility for problem following installation of new water heater at no extra cost as workers returned to repair it for two days in a row. Problem may have been an oversight on their part to begin with, while replacing the old water tank, but, nonetheless, they did what was ethically appropriate. They earned my trust.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT .ON TIME. WORKED WELL TO REMOVE OLD AND BRING IN NEW WATER HEATER. MY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE PRICE. QUOTED TO LOW. GAVE ME A 50 GAL. WHEN I REPLACED A 40 GAL. JUST SAW AN ADD FOR THE SAME TANK FOR 800.00 VS MY 1300.00 I DID NOT NEED A 50 GAL FOR ONE PERSON. 40 GAL WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE. THAT DISAPPOINTED ME A BIT. MY BILL CAME TO OVER 1900.00 VS THE 1300.00 I ANTICIPATED. HAVE OTHER CONSTRUCTION BILLS GOING ON THAT DAY. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED PROBLEM. BUT I AM GLAD I TOOK CARE OF IT BECAUSE I WILL BE GONE FOR 2 MONTHS IN 2 DAYS.. WOULD NOT WANT A FLOOD TO RUN BACK TOO. ALSO I AS TOLD IT WAS A 10 YEAR WARRANTY WHEN IT IS ONLY A 6 YEAR WARRANTY. I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SORT ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT A HOT WATER TANK REPLACEMENT.. MY FAULT FOR BEING IN A VERY BIG HURRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM FOR MY TENANT, I STILL FEELTHEY ARE GOOD. CALLED THEM TODAY BUT NO ANSWERE. HAD SOME QUESTIONS FOR ROLANDO. HOPE THEY CALL ME BY MONDAY.
