The crew knew their work but there was a disconnect between the management and the crew. I felt I had to explain what I really wanted and they also arrived without all the information that the manager took, like measurements etc. Apart from that they did a great job.

Jim and his team were great! My elderly aunt needed some quick repairs (painting and electrical) to her home because it was being sold. Reached out to Jim to see if they could handle this and as quickly as possible. Not only did they handle quickly and efficiently, but it was at a decent price - especially during this Covid19 pandemic. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation by price gouging, but they worked with my aunt's budget and performed the jobs quickly. And, Jim's team were courteous, understanding and exercised caution with the pandemic situation as well. Would hire them again for any future projects my family and I will have. They're on my "speed dial!"
