He answered all my questions and was communicative throughout the whole process. He checked in on the house when the work was being done and sent updates. The level of trust I have for my representative (Carlos) surprised my family. Because after so many bad experiences with contractors and sales reps, the walls were automatically up. He patiently addressed concerns and didn’t mind sending the workers back for small things. He offered suggestions to make even better results, some I’ll take and some, not so much. Because of my health issues he took the time to let my son help me make decisions. NO ONE is perfect ,but they assigned the right representative for me .
