"I am very sorry you do not feel I did a thorough inspection. My goal is always to provide superior service to my clients and I am sorry I did not live up to that standard in your eyes. I would like to clarify that (1) the attic was inspected and pictures were provided in the Inspection Report and (2) the homeowner was present when we did the post-inspection walk through, but I have no control over their presence. When he asked what items needed to be repaired based on the inspection, I tried to be as professional as possible without being rude."
