They came to acid wash my pool and had to use my hoses and my power washer and my pump to pump out the acid water I might as well have done it my self and saved the money!

Brad is great at getting back to you promptly once appointment is scheduled. He showed up on time. Totally professional and courteous and even followed up with an email giving me part numbers that I could order directly on items he suggested should be replaced. Brad has a wealth of experience in all phases of pool Building and maintenance. Highly recommended.

Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Very impressed with the quality of service as we have had trouble finding a good pool contractor. He easily fixed our ozone where another contractor wanted to charge us $500 to replace it. Highly recommend!

Being a new pool owner there is so much to learn. Tony took the time to explain some of what I needed to know.

This is my third vinyl liner replacement, and the only one which I was particularly impressed with. This company showed up when they said they would, and lived up to all their promises. I don't usually fill out reviews, but in this case I would highly recommend this company for ANY of your swimming pool needs.

Dave shut down our in-ground pool and sand filter/skimmer system for the winter and was very helpful talking me through the steps.

ABQ Pools & Spas replaced tiles on the pools' spa. They were able to do the work the day after I contacted them. I highly recommend them, they are true craftsmen, they did a beautiful job!

Love the solar panels. They did a great job and I can;t wait to start swimming early this year.

After we drained our swimspa, we had them clean it so we could fill it back up. They left a little water in it and a little dirt, but overall did a good job. They try to be very accommodating.

I am impressed with this company so far and with their manager "Brad". The work of removing the old spa and installing the new one will begin in a few days, so I cannot give a final report now, but it looks promising.

Should have called sooner. Could have saved money and used my pool more this season.

Brad contacted me immediately after I placed the request on Home Advisor and scheduled the appointment to drain and clean the hot tub the next day. He was very friendly and cordial on the phone as well as in person. He arrived on time for the appointment and began to drain the tub. Once the tub was empty he discovered some white hard water stains on the inside walls and floor and told me he would return later that afternoon or the next day with a "special product" to remove them. He never returned to complete the job nor did he respond to my calls or texts. I'm very disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend him as he did not follow the job through to completion or communicate if there were extenuating circumstances preventing him from doing so. I was moving out of state a few days after our appointment and needed to have this job completed prior to the house being listed for sale. Brad charged me $100 to simply drain the tub when the job was to drain and clean it. I feel ripped off and had to scramble to hire someone else to complete what he was tasked and paid to do. The second person I hired to finish what Brad did not had little trouble removing the hard water stains and did not need any "special product." If you choose to hire Brad my suggestion would be to withhold a portion of the payment until the job is complete if there is residual work needed beyond the initial appointment.
