They were timely, respectful, and gave me knowledgeable, honest suggestions. I will use them again....Update 2/22/2022...Previously I gave them 5 stars, but after dealing with them again, I have to give them a much lower rating. They ordered the wrong size part and had to delay installation. This was okay, it happens. When they showed up they installed the chimney cap/damper on the furnace exhaust rather than the fireplace chimney. Okay, another mistake and inconvenience. So they removed it and said they would order the correct size and give us a discounted price. I agreed and asked when they would return to install it. Austin said "next week" which I assumed was incorrect since that was Christmas. I waited until a week past New Years and left a message with them. Didn't hear back. Thought maybe someone got Covid or something, so we were being very patient. Left another after an additional week, no response. My husband also left a message with them and still nothing. They totally ghosted us which is not professional or trustworthy.
