Clear Solutions Pool Service, Inc.

2022 my husband and I had a pool resurface by Clear Solution Pool Services, which got finished toward the end of June. We asked one of the owners on July 20th, his name is Zach, we asked him to come by the house because we had concerns about the pool. On August 8, 2022, he came by and saw multiple issues and promised to fix them. In addition, my husband also told him that the spa was not cascading properly into the pool and the grout was also coming out from between some of the tiles. Zach said he would send someone to take care of all the issues. No one came and Zach stopped taking calls and text messages. After not taking our calls for a couple of years, on August 25th, 2026, I decided to call Zach from my house phone instead of my cell phone and he actually answered the phone. I spoke to him and he said that the company that installed the Wet Edge Signature Matrix Blue pool finish went out of business and he did not know what to do about the spots in the pool so he did not take our calls. He apologized and said he would send me a proposal of what can be done to fix the pool. I sent him my new email address but he did not send any proposal. I tried calling and texting him on September 4th, 2026, but he did not respond. We are very disappointed in Clear Solution Pool Services Inc. because Zach presented the company as one that had integrity, honesty, and a customer-first approach. But that is not the service we have gotten so far. We are hoping that Clear Solution Pool Services will make our pool their priority and restore excellent service.

The did a great job, and figured out the problem instantly within the hour.

Super great and very ñ pop fun ideas for creating your perfect backyard pool.

Very impressed with resurfacing process. You get what you pay for. I'll take quality over saving a few $. Zack kept us informed every step of way and came up with last minute addition of 2X2 glass tile on steps enhancing pool view. Mark worked his butt off deconstructing, leveling stairs off for glass tile, and prepping pool for plastering during recent hot summer days. Luke did great job filling pool with unique process to extend pool surface lifespan and servicing pool for initial 30 days. Highly recommend!

They are great to work with very respectful and helpful throughout the entire process will definitely recommend them

Highly recommend Zach and his crew for the outstanding job they did at our home in Vero Beach. They were consistent and completed the work as scheduled.Quality at a fair price also special thanks to Dan for your knowledge and expertise .You are the rock!!!
