Great job, very professional, and reasonably priced. Andrew promised to show up at 1pm. At 20 to 1 he said they were on their way and they showed up 5 minutes early. Andrew did a walk-thru inspection with me before starting the job and they did an excellent job cleaning my 30 year old concrete tile roof without breaking any tiles. Breaking tiles was a major concern for me since I've been told several times they are very easy to break if you don't know what you are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Clear Solutions or use them again.

Awesome job, Tech was very considerate of property and took great care to make sure no chemicals got into landscaped areas. Tech spent a lot of time cleaning my roof which was very moldy and dirty and it is looking like new. Great job would hire again!!!!!

Andrew Coon and his coworker arrived promptly at our property and were extremely courteous and friendly. He said it would take about two hours to clean our Spanish tile roof and so said, so done! The results were impeccable, our roof is beautiful and I would DEFINITELY recommend him to everyone! Also, he is very responsive to emails, texts, phone calls and voicemails! He was able to fit us into his schedule in a very timely manner! Thank you!

Andrew did an outstanding job. He explained the process to me and performed it in no time. He cleaned my filthy lanai and fencing in less than 90 minutes. While he is a little more expensive than others his service is worth every dime. I strongly recommend Clear Solutions and they will be my first call for my future power washing needs.
