The gentleman that I dealt with was very helpful and professional. It spent the extra time to explain what was happening and how things were going. I had to do this long distance from over 600 miles away, but it worked great thanks to the folks who did the work. I was also very pleased that they were able to donate most of the stuff to a charity. For that I was very grateful. The added bonus was when they sent me photos of the finished work. This was nice since I could not be there in person. Thanks for a great job and great service.

The guys did a good job and weâ re very nice. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to call them to confirm if they were going to do the job. Most companies call the customer to confirm on the day of or the night before. Also, they were 2 hours late. I left work early to be on time to meet them. I would suggest better time management when scheduling customers.
