Brian is a complete professional, he did two houses. The second one was not prepared and I'm sure if I were him I would've been thinking what complete slobs. How ever there was not one sign of what he thought he did his job, and treated us with respect. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and his skills. Best inspections ever.

Brian was quick to respond, came the next day. Very personable, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I really liked that he used pictures to document his findings. Overall really good service. On the downside I sent him an email several days later with a question and he never responded. Also, there were two items that he did not include on the report though I had pointed them out to him. An outside hose bib was non-functional as I had disabled it due to the valve freezing and splitting allowing water to enter the interior, which did not cause any water damage as we caught it immediately when it happened. This repair will require removal of the plasterboard in a bedroom wall where the internal piping is located. The other item was two side windows on the living room bay window which I had sealed shut due to the fact that the aluminum window frames had come apart and the windows could not be opened. From the perspective of a home buyer I would think they would like to know about that from the report. The rating system here does not allow me to give him a 9.9 out of 10 on the work quality so I have to give a 4.5 which is not really fair to Brian. Would I hire Brian again? Absolutely.

We hired Brian to inspect our new build before the 1-yr builder warranty expired. Brian was very thorough. He inspected everything; things we hadn’t even thought of, as new homeowners. He found a few problem areas, one which was major and could save us thousands of dollars. The cost of the inspection was well worth the savings of the cost of repair. He was also flexible with our schedule, driving all the way up North from Herriman. Money well spent.
