"Mr. Howell, Respectfully, the quote I gave you was for the windows. $320. It came out to $400 due to excessive dirt and dog hair which took longer to clean. I'm sorry it took too long for your liking, but I'd rather take my time than rush it! Your wife never complained about the time! You told me you were paying cash, you never requested a bill!! I would have given you one, if requested. The chandelier was $150, not included with the quote for the windows, Dave! If you had upside down screens it would've taken a phone call from you and I'd be right over! I don't scam anybody! That's why it's an estimate, it's not an exact quote."
