In a business such as ours, we realize that image and professionalism is what breeds success. It is with those two things in mind in which we strive to run our business each and every day. When first entering this business, we had some decisions to make. We spent a lot of time on one question. Do we offer a quick and economic, in-n-out window washing job, or do we offer a thorough, top quality job? We made the right decision by deciding to offer a best in class service to our customers. With that in mind, our pricing may be a little higher than the average window washer with a bucket and a squeegee, but we have and continue to put a lot of pride in being a referable business and we realize to do this it takes the best personnel and more time to achieve a quality result. I even sent you a follow up email to make sure everything was taken care of to your satisfaction and never heard back from you. It is entirely my fault I didn't follow up a second time and I take full responsibility for the miscommunication.
