When they replaced my roof, the team completed the job right on schedule, provided highly professional advice, and left the property spotlessly clean. After 2years, we've experienced with skylight cracked due to falling rocks accident. Their team promptly came out to help install a replacement and guided me on where to buy a modern, high-quality skylight. Truly outstanding customer service and responsibility. We had Clear vision do a total roof replacement on our former cedar shake roof with their premium presidential roofing. From the starting consultant visit, Lee was extremely helpful. After interviewing about 10 roofing contractors, I chose Clear Vision Construction to replace the roof on my 2,100 sq ft house last summer. I waited a full year to review so I could see how it held up through a wet and windy winter. I now feel confident to provide a positive review. Estimator Lee was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and thorough, walked me through the roof's condition, answered every question clearly, and explained all the options and warranties without pressure. Installation went smoothly, the crew worked efficiently, and they left the site clean. Follow-up with the company office by phone and email was prompt and helpful. My only small wish was that the on-site crew could speak English a little better. It was a little too hard at times for me to communicate with them. Otherwise, no complaints. I highly recommend Clear Vision Construction for roofing work.

Picked ClearVision because they seemed to be the easiest to communicate with, understood my values, were willing to accommodate my specific needs - and then they were the lowest bid for the best warranty. Then, when I was ready to start the project, I got lost in a little Dec staffing shuffle. Understandable. Then they suddenly wanted to start my project two days before the gutter company would go on winter vacation. I asked, what if there’s a weather delay… pause… oh right. So we postponed. The process of who I should be talking to was confusing, got passed between at least three people from sales, to beginning, to during project. They were as fast as they predicted tho. UPDATE: 6 mo later I circled back on a power vent installation that got lost in the staffing shuffle. They installed it free of charge. I told them not perforating the soffit was important to me. They only perforated it RIGHT over the balcony eave - where my head is so close to my now soffit-of-danger. They passed the buck saying it’s because of regulation length nails and if we trim the ends it will invalidate the warranty. Somehow they managed to not do this anywhere else. They did a pretty good job with clean up and avoiding trampling a maze of flora surrounding my place. The referral bonus is advertised as a discount to both parties - but nothing explicitly shows that on the client side. It’s confusingly rolled into the total bid. The person who referred me did get her bonus. UPDATE: 4 months later, after a rainy season, no leaks. I originally took off two stars due to the shuffle and frustration with the power vent saga, but restored a star for the installation later.

Wonderful roofing company to work with! Great communication, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had some time constraints for getting this job done and Derek made sure to do his best to make it all happen and kept in great communication with me! Much appreciated! Job site was cleaned up daily and the new roof is awesome and was completed in a very timely manner. We would definitely recommend Clear Vision to anyone looking for a reliable company who will give a fair estimate for their roof repair/replacement.

They did not fix the problem I paid them to fix and say it is not their responsibility! I leaked my roof. They looked inside where the leak was and said I needed an expensive new roof to fix the leak. 3 years later, (under warranty), the same spot I paid good money for leaked again. While (eventually) responsive, they said it was not their responsibility as it was not a roofing issue, (flashing in a chimney that is not a chimney), and told me to call a chimney/masonry company. I am not sure why they would not be able to roof around the flashing. The first person I spoke to at Clear Vision was quite rude and abrupt. I then asked Anthony at Clear Vision, if the leak I called them to fix was not a roofing issue, and why I would even pay for a new roof if it was not going to fix the ONE thing I needed and requested. A masonry company fixed it, but the next year it is now leaking again, through my kitchen cabinets which are now warped. Either way, if the leak would not be fixed there was zero reasons to replace my roof.

Very pleased with my new roof. The entire process from the competetive bid to completion, went very smoothly, despite inclement weather during installation. The crew did a great job working around that, and finished in a few days. Waiting for final inspection.

I have gotten 4 different offers from different companies and Clear Vision beat them all. Derek, Sales person, was very professional, accommodating and honest without the sales pitch that you normally hear from other roofing companies. Crew Showed up on time. finished the roof in 3 days and were very professional and cleaned up throughtout the installation process. Price was also reasonable without the high pricing that comes with the nonsense jargon from other companies.

Clear Vision did work for us two years in a row. Both times the crew that came out was friendly, efficient and did quality work quickly and with the minimum of disruption to our day. They cleaned up the area very nicely after the job was done. Someone came out the next day to ensure everything was done correctly and met our expectations. This is a quality company that seems to pride themselves on doing a good job.

I would hire this company again.

Materials we selected and they provided was excellent. The three man crew who did the actual work were hard working young men. Two of the three days they worked more than 12 hrs, one of which they were concerned it might rain and they wanted to get the roof dry sheeted. It didn't rain! Was not impressed with the person who was supposed to be the supervisor. He only showed for about 10-15 minutes each of two days. He was never here on the third day or when the workers finished the job to give it a final check. I called to have someone come and do a final inspection before the installers left and was told no one would be available for three days. Even at that I would probably still have the company do a roofing job.
