Finally found a pool service that cares about customers.

Very personalized, Carlos did not subject me to high pressure sales on products or service. Very willing to tailor my pool service to what is affordable and what I feel comfortable doing. He's knowledgeable and has good suggestions. It would be nice to know in advance how much I need to spend but he pointed out each pool is different (pumps, size, water balancing, etc) so it's not realistic to think each week will be the same. He also is very reassuring that I won't be paying more than what I currently pay going to a store with a water sample and picking out random chemicals bc my needs are based on multiple factors and even treating my water based on what I sample, my needs may change day by day. He will recommend a maintenance schedule for me and I'm comfortable with that.

Carlos is simply the easiest businessman to work with. . He knows his business and doesn't try to soak the bills. . I had a conservative budget and needed to find out what I could do at the least and most. . He gave me a thoughtful plan that allowed me to do repairs and renovations as I had the money. He answered every question and explained the why, not just the bill. I am continuing to work with his company throughout the project. . Yes, call him and get a quote. He has built a wonderful company.
