I highly recommend this company, they are the best!!! The Tech , Steve was terrific!! He work extremely hard repairing my well pump as there were a lot of issue's with it! He was very knowledgeable! I was shocked how reasonable the charges were!! Thank you again Steve!!!!

Casey was great, he came out the same day I called and was very knowledgeable and professsional. He was able to come out the next day to do the repairs on what was a very big mess and we couldn't be more pleased with the work and the price, he was very fair!! He was so very sweet too, we had to increase the size of our tank and he asked us if we minded him taking our old (but still like new tank) as he had a gentleman down the road who had recently suffered some serious injuries and was having a difficult time and he wanted to install this tank for him :) We woukd use him and only him again in a heart beat!!

Called at 5pm on a Friday in hopes that Clearwater could help me out as my water wasn't running and the person I called at 10am was a no show. Casey showed up within an hour and had my water running again within the hour. He talked me through the whole process to help me prevent it from happening again. Hands down the best service I could've received! Highly recommended!

in 2015, Casey Willie installed a state of the art well system for my home in Covington. We were very satisfied with the solution he created for our home. Last week, Covington experienced a historic flood and the tank for my well was knocked off its foundation and broke away from its connecting pipes. On a Sunday morning, the day the flood waters had receded, I called Casey for support. His truck had been flooded the day before and was barely working. Never the less, he drove with his truck in 2nd gear, from Folsom to my home within a hour. He also brought plumbing materials and was able to put my well system back together and had it operational within a hour. While much of Covington was just digging out from being flooded, I had clear fresh water flowing. Casey beat all possible expectations and his performance was heroic. I was impressed what an effective well man and customer service professional this dude is. Casey is not only a really all around nice guy, he is someone I enthusiastically can recommend.

Called several company's in my area and this young man answered his phone and knew what he was talking about. And on a Sunday morning arrived at my home within 40 minutes of first talking. Fixed the problem with our pump had only lost prime. Could have said anything and we would have been at his mercy. Honest and knows his business.

I recently moved to the Covington area and had bought a beautiful home on the Bogue Falaya that hadn't been used for a couple of years. The existing well had low water pressure and was pumping dirty water. The dirty water was fouling up all my appliances and faucet traps. Using the yellow pages, I contacted two other well repair shops to fix our well problems. One would take my call and never show up and the other outfit did show up, but charged me a lot of money to fix the well and left my well in worst shape than before they started. When I called them about it, the old coot who owned the company would not come back to service his work !?*%! It was a nightmare. Frustrated, I went to the HomeAdvisor site to search a good recommendation for a quality well engineering company to partner with. On Home Advisor, I found recommendations for a company called Clear Water Pump and Well and gave them a call. I had a urgent situation. I spoke to the proprietor of Clear Water, Casey Willie and described my situation as untenable. Casey took an interest and showed up at my home in 30 minutes. I found Casey Willie to be a seasoned professional and he treated us with respect. He recognized our problem was urgent, analyzed what was going on, developed a strategy, engineered a solution, reviewed costs and the solution with us, and quickly solved our water well problems in a reasonable period of time. Aside from impressing us with Clear Water's capabilities, their rates were surprisingly reasonable. If my well ever acts up again, Clear Water Pump and Well will be my first call. If you have a well problem, I recommend you give Casey a call.

I came home on a Saturday night to my well pump not working and no water in the house. I contacted Casey at Clear water and he responded promptly. He tried to first help me over the phone and then came over on a Sunday morning with no hesitation. He knew what was wrong from our phone conversation and showed up with the replacement part. I had water within a 1/2 hour of him showing up. He could have charged me much more than he did considering it was a Sunday morning and I was in a jam. I would recommend him and anytime I have a well/ pump issue I will only be calling him.

Called Casey he was at the job super fast, and did a great job for a very fair price. And he gave me a great recipe to get rid of wasp. A++++

Casey was very professional and very polite and he came right on time . I highly recommend him for anybody who needs work done on their well and he is 7 days a week you don't find that often. I would have given him 10 stars plus.
