Showed up very late. Did a good job upstairs but not downstairs. He was tired and rushed to finish the job. He drove more than two hours to reach us and had to return that night. Good people but the service was not worth the price we paid. We didn t expect miracles on our well used carpet, just better attention to detail.

Most of the work was good. Left one bad seam in the carpet that was covered up when the finished. Have not responded to my emails, texts or phone calls.

A bit fly by night. I wrote a check out to the guy that did the work vs Clearwater. Also the 1st thing the repair guy said is the quote was to low. he wanted 50% more. They Repair guy was nice though quality was just ok. It was a small job. The seams were visible -which id why i rated just ok.
