Clear Water washing

This is the second time we've had Clear Water Washing come to Miamisburg to clean our windows and screens (May 2026). We tried them last year about this same time and were not disappointed. Same goes for this year. Clear Water is a family-owned business. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. They've got this window washing stuff down to a science. We've got a ton of windows/screens, a couple patio/storm doors, plus a large sunroom with screens. Ronald/owner and his wife/Sarah arrived as scheduled about 9AM and went straight to work. He took care of the outside of the house. She took care of the inside portion. They were completely done in less than three hours. My wife is a real stickler for cleaning--and she couldn't be more pleased. Another exceptional job. We'll have them back again next year for sure. And, their prices a very reasonable to boot. Highly recommend!! (NOTE: They also do gutter cleaning, power-washing, and driveway/sidewalk cleaning.)

We found Clear Water Washing online--and we're glad we did! We needed someone to clean our windows, screens, and tracks--which we hadn't done for several years. We live in a single-story 3000 sq ft home with LOTS of windows--including a sunroom with 8 sets of large windows. The owner/Ronald and his son/Taylor came out to give us an estimate--which was lower than we had anticipated. We scheduled the actual work for a couple weeks later. Ronald and his daughter/Jessalyn arrived as scheduled Monday morning (5/12/25) and set right to work. They were very friendly, organized, meticulous, and efficient. She took care of the inside cleaning, while he took care of the outside portion. He carefully took off the screens, cleaned them, and reinstalled them after thoroughly cleaning the outside glass and tracks. Took about four hours to finish the job--with not a wasted minute. We were very impressed with their hard work and quality job. We plan to have them come back next year as well

Very good job for a good price

Folks previously gave us an estimate which I thought was a bit high but no other experience in this area. So, we hired them and they were on time and they did a good job.

They were particular in their workmanship and did an outstanding job power washing our house and wood fence and then sealed the fence a week later. I highly recommend them for this type of work if you need it.

They came to the house and quoted a price before I hired them. They arrived on time. They cleaned my windows inside and out and they looked amazing! They went over and above what I expected. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

They arrived at the appointed time, and power washed the vinyl siding on the ends of my house as well as my backyard plastic fence, and the front and rear gutters of the house. Their work was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire these folks again.
