I had a new TV and DVD/Blue Ray. Current Surround System needed to be hooked up. It was a struggle! First night of viewing TV source would cut out on its own and say no signal every 20 minutes. I called Paul. He told me which buttons to push to get back to TV. "Call me tomorrow if not better, he said. I can't explain why your sound system is freaking out". I called him next morning. He obviously had been thinking about the problem because he had a couple of solutions to try. He returned that afternoon with optic cable and ideas. After much hooking and unhooking and crawling on the floor to see sound system settings he made it work correctly. Have to give him an EXCELLENT rating because he kept trying to get it right and EASY for me to work. Minimal playing around with remotes etc. Thanks Paul for a great job.
