I was pleased with the prompt reply from Jim regarding my initial request for job bids as I had never used homeadvisor before. He came out and did the quote and he was transparent about his schedule, so we could get my job completed. I had him do lots of things in duplicate in my multi-unit (bathroom and kitchen sinks, bathroom drains, etc). He did a lot in 5-6 hours. So far so good!
