Our inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. On average, a single-family home inspection usually takes 2-3 hours to complete. After the inspection process, the inspector will send the client an inspection report (often within 24 hours) that covers their findings, complete with pictures, analysis and recommendations. Our qualified home inspectors assesses the condition of the property, including its heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical work, water, and sewage, as well as some fire and safety issues. In addition, we will look for evidence of insect, water, or fire damage or any other issue that may affect the value of the property.
