"I'm be side my self with this guy.He is indicating a lot untrue statements in fact down right lies. 1,Are warranty is on all of are proposals located at the bottom of the page that he sign. 2,Yes we did brake the locks that was on his water spicket. They look like small cabs and my guys tried to remove them with pliers.(Who puts locks on their water spicet on there house.) But as are warranty we replace them buy purchasing them online. and that is took 3 week and that is out of my control. 3,Regarding his tree limbs we didn't brake them off but we did cut and prune them away from the house so that we could do are job."
"This customer insisted to supply the paint. we told them that type of paint was made for exterior house paint and not fine cabinet paint. We sprayed the cabinets as requested she didn't like the outcome the paint had a orange peel look so as are warranty we strip them again and apply the paint by rolling and brushing to give them the smooth look that they were looking for.And we offered to do the job again and they said that they would do them there self. And ask for us to refund them for are labor and there materiel that they supplied. I fill we did everything we could to satisfy this customer. Excluding refunding the little money we earned."
