If I could give zero stars, I would. This guy works under the table so refuses to provide itemized invoices of materials and services. When we spoke about minor repairs to my RV he said $500 which we agreed on. Asked for $150 up front for materials. Then the day before he sent his brother out to do the work, he said now he needed $250. I was already put off by this since he only needed some spray on adhesive and a strip of molding. Then he said the wall above the bed needs fixed but didnâ t tell me until after this would add $300 to the original price. So he calls to tell me his brothers nail gun punctured the outside of my RV then maybe an hour later says he needs another $250, before I even was able to see the damage!! He sent his brother out again to fix it so I gave him the other $250 and told him I will pay for the added repairs to the wall when I see an itemized invoice of materials and hours worked. Heâ s refused to provide this repeatedly and now says I owe him $450 because the first $250 was for materials and not included in the quote. But heâ s also said he spent $200 on materials. Heâ s proceeded to harass me via text saying I am delusional and he had to spend $80 in gas (which if he filed taxes he would know that is a business expense that can be written off at the end of the year, not a fee a customer should pay). He has been incredibly rude and manipulative trying to imply Iâ m stupid for expecting an invoice and should have known materials were not included, even though I provided most of them. The work is done but I would not even say Iâ m satisfied as he changed an outlet without asking me and itâ s not the one I wanted, I asked for crown molding on a shelf and got some cheap trim, and there is an incredible lack of attention to detail in finishes. I would have given him 3 stars if he hadnâ t become so verbally abusive/punctured the wall of my RV/changed the terms of our agreement without notification. However, due to the above circumstances I have filed a complaint with the BBB and would caution anyone from working with him in the future.

David is an awesome guy for all your home repairs. He was on time all the time, and always communicate or let you know when he will be there, and he goes by his word. He did my job and completed on time. The finishing was clinical, and the quality was top notch. I will strongly recommend him. He takes his time to do a good quality job.

We had Clear View Home Window Washing out to wash our windows and clean our screens this morning and everything sparkles. Everyone was very cheerful and professional. It is a sunny day and the outside looks like it is inside. We highly recommend them and will have them out again.

While he was working on one project, we had another problem pop up and he came back the next day and took care of it. Very good work, very reliable & professional. Definitely recommend him!

Have had a few personal delays, but we're working on it. Snow doesn't help.

I hired this gentleman to install an attic ladder. I don’t think he had done this before. He used drywall screws in a job clearly meant for wood screws, caulked the door frame shut where I could not open the door. We had to slice it open and replace MISSING screws in addition to the incorrect sheetrock screws. He did not have shims or caulk and asked for money to buy caulking. He returned two hours later due to issues with his van. He had to get help from several others to complete the job. He was a nice man and was punctual but I would not recommend him for this particular job.
